If you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

• Returns requested after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

• If your item arrives damaged, please email a photo to info@primemode.com and our customer support team will reply within 2h business hour.
