Subscription & Cancellation Policy

When you sign up for a subscription with PrimeMode, you are enrolling in our auto-replenish program so you never run out of product. By completing a subscription purchase, you agree to the terms below. We believe a subscription should be easy to start and easy to leave — you can change, pause, skip, or cancel at any time.
How billing works
Your subscription renews automatically. We charge the payment method on file at the start of each cycle until you cancel, pause, or skip. You authorise these recurring charges when you place your first subscription order.
Billing interval & cost
You are billed at the interval you selected at checkout (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days), for the amount confirmed at checkout, including any applicable taxes and shipping. The price and frequency of your subscription are shown to you before you complete your order.
If your price changes
If we change the price of your subscription, we will let you know in advance, and you will have the chance to cancel before the new price takes effect. Current promotional or introductory pricing applies as described at the time you subscribe and may differ on later renewals; any such difference is disclosed at checkout.
Cancellation deadline
Charges are processed as soon as your renewal date arrives. To skip or stop your next order, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing or dispatch date. Cancellations made after that point apply to the following cycle, because the current order will already be in motion.
How to manage or cancel your subscription
You are in full control and can change, pause, skip, or cancel whenever you like:

- Email us: contact our support team at info@getprimemode.com. To help us action your request quickly, please include your full name and order number.
- Prefer a break instead of cancelling? You can pause or skip a delivery from the same link without losing your subscriber pricing.
What happens after you cancel
Once your cancellation is confirmed, your auto-renewal stops and no further subscription charges will be made. Any order that was already processed or dispatched before your cancellation will still be fulfilled. You are always welcome to resubscribe later.
Refunds on subscription orders
Our Refunds & Returns policy, including our 60-day money-back guarantee, applies to subscription orders as set out in that policy. A renewal that has already been billed and shipped is handled under that policy and under your statutory rights below; missing the cancellation deadline is not, by itself, grounds for a refund of a renewal that has already shipped.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy reduces or replaces any rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including any statutory cancellation, cooling-off, or auto-renewal protections (for example, in the UK, EU and Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States). Where those rights give you more than this policy, they apply.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order or renewal governs that order or renewal. We will post any updates on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above.
